Cintra Software & Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager in New York, NY. Job duties include: work on end-to-end delivery of projects starting from scoping the project to successful delivery of planned final deliverable to the client. Work with the following technologies: Oracle Engineered Systems (Exadata); Oracle Database Appliance (Model: X5-); Oracle Backup Techniques (RMAN, Data Guard, Export/Import); Disaster Recovery Systems; Real Application Cluster (RAC) builds; Oracle E-Business suite (Oracle Project Portfolio, Customer Relationship Management); Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI); Oracle Enterprise Manager (12c, 13c). Build collaborative client relationships and account size based on trust and tangible results to identify potential projects and sources of revenue.
Lead aspects of proposal development process and pricing strategies. Prepare Statement of work, Bill of Materials and perform contract renewals for existing customers in the assigned portfolio. Supporting pre-sales team with Account mining and In-account growth. Analyze different revenue streams and lead initiatives to generate additional revenues. Leading and creating road maps for portfolio of projects in terms of future business opportunities. Develop baseline schedule including resource, schedules, WBS, execution methodologies, milestones, budgets & workforce requirements. Contribute to hiring process for PM/SDM roles globally and support PMO with trainings and mentoring. Supporting internal initiatives, implement productivity, and process improvements by automation and ITIL methodologies. Manage repository to assure constant compliance to strategic blueprints and architecture. Work with PMO on resource management and optimization and skill gap analysis. Liaison with PMO for financial updates, cost plans, budgets forecasting and resource management to make sure project is aligned to all metrics. P&L ownership and billing approval authority of the assigned portfolio. Create and deliver Quarterly Business Review reports to stakeholders and key sponsors. Manage customer relationships, expectations, and communications. Driving end to end solutions and having close interactions with the C Level stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Point of ownership and accountability for critical Sev1 and Sev2 incidents, prepare RCA’s and incident closure report after customer’s verification and sign off. Define and manage RAID logs, team assignments. Co-ordination with the Problem management and change management teams regarding tickets. Work with new cloud technologies for strategic growth like Azure, OCI and AWS. Working from home a few days in a week is an option (BS area: Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk, CT). Occasional travel to customers in various geographic locations, as required. Applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Management of Technology or related field and 7 years of experience in the following: working in infrastructure teams operating in a global environment; working with cloud technology and managing cloud projects in AWS, Oracle Cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft Azure; performing business transformation projects in tight timelines and budget; working with application migration projects; working with business process analysis methodologies, SDLC and Agile. Must have PMP or equivalent Project Management Accreditation.
