Oracle E-Business Suite SPARC platform refresh at Premio Foods
Cintra modernizes SPARC platform for gourmet food manufacturer’s critical Oracle E-Business Suite application. The new SPARC platform was delivered with minimal risk and disruption in just six weeks, ensuring the business was ready for peak production season.
Premio Foods’ Oracle EBS implementation was running on legacy Sun SPARC architecture with third-party storage. The storage was approaching end-of-life, while the server was costing Premio significant amounts in annual support fees.
Cintra architected a new platform that could be delivered in time for Premio Foods’ peak production season. We then successfully delivered it and migrated the E-Business Suite system across, before transitioning into an ongoing Managed Services arrangement.
